Expensive (to me) but well worth it!
"Honestly, I was on the fence because of cost. . . but having something that was cute, would last a long time through messes, and would support crawling through walking and beyond was enough to tip me over into a purchase. We've had our play mat in our living room (hardwood floors) and it's our main play area. Baby (almost 7 months) is crawling, standing, and using her climbing blocks and I don't worry as much when they fall down. I don't feel like I'm going to need to replace the mat at each big movement milestone (extra squishy for crawling comfort vs more firm for walking), which will save me money in the long run. Baby zips across the mat crawling no problem anyway! I'm going to wind up purchasing more as we change the play area around- we're in an apartment and we have to plan carefully and be very intentional about the space use. Note: in the picture you see a random gray fabric playmate because baby likes to nap on it & extra pillows on the edge because baby is a daredevil who loves to launch the self past where the T&T mat is 😂 chaos everywhere left in tact because that's real life!"
