We also highly recommend our Swatch Service so you can get hands on with the quality of our playmats and check the tones in your home. 

 

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns are as follows:

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging intact and as it arrived to you) - a baby might use it after all. 

2. U moet uw retour binnen 30 dagen na de datum van uw bestelling voltooien en u bent verantwoordelijk voor het regelen van de retourzending en alle daaraan verbonden kosten.

Our playmats are oversized and heavy. If you want to find out of the cost of a possible return before ordering, our warehouse is based in the Netherlands.

U dient ons binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst op de hoogte te stellen van eventuele onvolkomenheden aan het speelkleed.

3. The original shipping costs and handling fees are not refunded.

4. Uitverkoopartikelen en cadeaubonnen kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PLAYMAT 

 

Please follow the steps below if you would like us to arrange a drop-to-DPD returns label for you. Costs per playmat and by country can be found below, and will deducted from your final refund. If you would prefer to arrange the return yourself, please email us at support@totterandtumble.eu 

How to request a return with a prepaid label:

1. Log Into your customer account here with the email you purchased with. If you are returning a gifted play mat, please email us to arrange the return.

2. A verification code will be sent to that email address

3. If your order has more than one item, please select the item(s) for return

4. Click "Return Request"

5. Our team will approve the returns request and email you the label within 3-7 working days

6. Drop your parcel at your local DPD drop point

7. Once received, we expect to process returns within 5 working days.

Please note: Unfortunately, our prepaid labels from Ireland + Finland are temporarily unavailable. Please email us at support@totterandtumble.eu so that we can provide you with the returns address and further information. 

If you wish to return your swatches, please view our returns page here and return within 30 days.

Restituties worden binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van uw geretourneerde speelkleed verwerkt. U ontvangt dan een Restitutiebevestiging per e-mail. Let op, het kan een paar dagen duren voordat het op uw rekening staat, afhankelijk van bij wie u bankiert.
