Founder's Favourites
Our Founder, Susie, not only launched Totter + Tumble in 2018 due to her frustration with the options at the time for her young family in their newly renovated home.
Fast forward and Susie and her family are still avid users of Totter + Tumble playmats. We found out where and how she uses her favourite designs now:
"If anyone comes round to my house, there is no doubt that I am the original Totter + Tumbler! For sure, my children have a Standard Globe Trotter in their play room and a Round Scout under their wall gym equipment, but we also have them all over the house - and not just for the kids!
The Atlas is one of my favourites, and it works so well in our tv snugs. The occassional movie night and take away means we don't stress about the inevitable spills. In our living room, full or rich deep colours, we have the iconic Blackthorn from or Morris & Co collaboration. It is such a talking point with those young and old. I also have a spot of Morris in the kitchen with the Willow Boughs Runner keeping my knees and feet happy as the kitchen is really the heart of our home
Upstairs we have the Merah in our library, which fits right in amongst the old tales. The children also have a playmat each in their room - a round Standen for her little ponies, and the Wanderlust as a base for the endless lego construction. I am desperate for more space as the new collections coming have to be the best yet!"

Welcome to the SS24 Collection by Totter + Tumble, The Islands. With four new fresh designs, this collection is inspired by travels to Indonesian Islands and the beautiful Balinese craft and nature discovered.
Designed in-house by Totter + Tumble, the tactile collection includes a hand-drawn Batik effect motif of The Merah and Sepi, which gives the aesthetic of a crafted, textile rug and a delicate animal print of The Rusa and Sunda, which provides a familiar, natural texture. Both designs are available in two fresh colourways, chosen to complement modern interiors.

The Standards
Our Standard sized baby playmat is the largest size we offer and are 210cm x 140cm with the same 1.3cm thickness as our whole collection. The Standard Size is ideal for large living spaces and encourages the whole family to enjoy playtime together.
For large rooms, our weighty memory foam floor mats can be used side by side, as you don't get slippage like you can from lightweight foam mats.
